In most cases, yes. Shopware 6 and Magento come with REST APIs. We use them to connect ERP, inventory and CRM systems, payment providers such as TWINT and PostFinance, and shipping via Swiss Post. Common systems have ready-made plugins; where none fits, we build the interface. Which route suits your setup and what it costs is part of the free needs analysis.

Yes. Our focus is Shopware 6 and Magento. For B2B companies with complex order and inventory processes across several channels, OroCommerce, OroCRM or Marello can be a better fit. We led a project with OroCRM and the Marello Digital Operations Platform and are a Marello Solution Partner. One cost point to keep in mind: the OroCommerce Community Edition is free, while multiple organizations or websites require the paid Enterprise Edition. We check whether that pays off using your numbers.

Your right of use remains: once paid in full, you receive a right to use the work results created for you that is unlimited in time and territory (terms, section 9.2). The copyright in the source code can additionally be transferred to you in writing (section 9.3). If you plan to have another provider develop the system later, it is best to agree on this transfer when signing the contract. Open-source components are subject to their own licences, which we disclose to you (section 9.5).
