What does the PoC really cost? Are there hidden follow-up costs?+
The PoC is free for you — we cover our NVIDIA Connect inference credits and 20–25h engineering per PoC. What you invest: 2–3 hours of onboarding (hand over a catalog snapshot, discuss the use case) and one appointment for the recommendation handover. No contract, no auto-renewal into a pilot. After the 2 weeks you decide voluntarily whether a paid audit (CHF 980–7.2K) or pilot makes sense.
My shop runs on Magento, Shopify or a custom platform. Can I still participate?+
Today (as of Q3 2026) we only deliver the PoC for Shopware 6 — the connector is live, the multi-tenant stack tested, the demo environment up. Magento and Shopify connectors are Q4 2026 roadmap; join the waitlist and we reserve your slot for the first available PoC cycle once the connector is functional. Custom platforms we discuss personally first — we want neither you nor us surprised by a 6-week connector build.
What happens to my product data — and who has access?+
We work with a subset of your catalog (typically 200–2,000 products), handed over via CSV or API export. During the PoC the data lives on an isolated single-tenant stack, hosted on NVIDIA Connect inference. Access is restricted to Mehmet as solo engineer. On completion you can request deletion — we confirm in writing. Default: data is automatically deleted after 30 days, unless you want longer retention for follow-up engagement.
How fast can my PoC start after I submit the request?+
We reply within 48 hours with slot confirmation, waitlist confirmation or honest rejection with reasoning. On slot confirmation: typical PoC start within 2–4 weeks, depending on available slots in the quarter (4–6 per quarter, use-case fit beats first-come-first-serve). On waitlist you receive a quarterly status update.
What if the quarter is already full?+
When the quarter is full (4–6 slots taken) you get an honest reply with three options: (1) waitlist for the next quarter with reserved slot priority, (2) the regular paid Tier 2 audit (CHF 980–7'200, platform-agnostic, broader scope) as an immediate alternative without slot binding, or (3) a direct SaaS-vendor recommendation if your case is better served by Algolia/Klevu/Nosto. Which option fits depends on the use-case brief — we reply within 48 hours with a concrete recommendation.
Can you host this in Switzerland? We have compliance requirements.+
Yes — on explicit customer request we activate the Swiss-sovereign path: hosting on Exoscale CH-DK-2 or a comparable Swiss sovereign region instead of the NVIDIA public API. This is a premium format with 3–5 weeks lead time (account validation, stack deployment on sovereign infrastructure, pre-read FAQ on data flow + sub-processor list). Default for PoCs without compliance clause stays the public API under NDA — cheaper, faster to spin up. Which path fits you we clarify in the 48-hour reply email.
How is this different from SaaS providers like Nosto, Algolia or Klevu?+
Nosto, Algolia and Klevu are established SaaS solutions with clear pricing and fast integration — we actively recommend them for SMBs with standard requirements (one of our three tier options is explicitly "SaaS-First"). The Agentic Commerce PoC addresses cases where SaaS is not enough: multi-agent architecture, custom protocol layers (ACP/UCP), custom models, or strategic sovereignty (Apache-2.0 stack instead of vendor lock-in).
